Privacy policy
Effective September 12, 2026. This policy covers OpenSEO at openseo.now. Contact: kirik.yes@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
We process account and workspace details, prompts, collected AI answers, reports, subscription records, and technical usage and error data to provide, secure, bill for, and improve OpenSEO. Processing is based on providing the service, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in security and service improvement; where consent is required, we rely on consent.
Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture through Clerk to authenticate and manage your account. It does not request Gmail, Drive, or Analytics access. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. You can revoke access in your Google Account settings.
Who receives data
Service providers process data needed for their functions: Clerk (authentication), Convex and Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), PostHog (usage analytics), Sentry (errors), and Bright Data and OpenAI (collection and analysis). Prompts and relevant report content may be sent to collection and AI providers. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts. Reports are shared with people you authorize. Data may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention and your choices
Full answers and reports are retained for up to 12 months. Other records are kept as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Authentication uses necessary browser storage; usage analytics and error reporting help us operate the service.
Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, or to object to or restrict processing. Some records may need to be retained by law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We will update this page when our practices change.
