Using OpenSEO

OpenSEO helps businesses monitor AI search visibility and prepare reports. Keep your account secure, use the service lawfully, and only submit or share material you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, or interfere with other users.

Your content and results

You retain your rights in the content you submit and authorize us and our service providers to process it to deliver the service. You control who can access your reports. AI answers and analysis can be incomplete or incorrect; review results before relying on them. We do not guarantee rankings, visibility, revenue, or continuous availability.

Subscriptions and cancellation

The price, included usage, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Any mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Service changes and account closure

We may update the service or suspend access for misuse, nonpayment, or security reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. See our privacy policy for data handling and retention.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees beyond those stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
