OpenSEO

A client-ready AI visibility report, branded as your agency's own.

Publish a white-label AI visibility report — your logo and accent color lead the page — then hand it to your client as a public link, a PDF download, or an automatic email. Branding covers the logo, color, title and summary; a small 'Powered by OpenSEO' line stays at the bottom, so it isn't a fully vendor-free report.

Your logo and color

Upload a logo and pick an accent color for the published report.

A link clients can open

No sign-up for the client. Share a public link, revoke it any time.

PDF, CSV or Markdown

Download a real file to attach to an email or deck.

What's inside the report

Every report starts from a completed run of your tracked questions against ChatGPT and Google AI Mode. It shows the client's brand next to the competitors AI names instead, the websites the AI cites as sources, and (on a one-off audit) five concrete, evidence-backed actions with the exact quotes they're based on. See how each metric is calculated.

How you brand it

Once a monitoring run finishes, create a report from it. In the report studio you can:

  • Upload a logo — PNG or JPEG, up to 256 KB, max 2,048 × 2,048 px
  • Pick an accent color for the report header
  • Set the report title
  • Write a short client summary that appears above the data

Publish it, and the branding carries through to the public link, the PDF, and any scheduled email. Published reports can't be edited afterward — create a new one for the next snapshot.

The free one-off audit report (3 a month, no credit card) is shareable the same way — as a link or a PDF — under your workspace's name, but it doesn't have a logo upload yet. It's the fastest way to put a result in front of a prospect before they're a paying client.

How clients see it

A published report gets its own public link (openseo.now/r/...) that opens without a client account or password. Revoke the link at any time to disable it immediately. The same link serves the PDF download. Monitoring reports also export as CSV or Markdown, and can go out automatically by email — weekly or monthly, in UTC — to a recipient who already has access to that client.

What this doesn't do yet

There's no logo upload for the free one-off audit report, and the small "Powered by OpenSEO" line on published reports can't be turned off. Google AI Overviews isn't collected yet — ChatGPT and Google AI Mode are. Billing is monthly only; there's no annual plan.

Built for an agency's client load

The founding offer covers 5 client projects and 50 shared prompts across them, one price per workspace — see the full breakdown on pricing. Read more about running this across a client roster on our agency page.

Yes — a small "Powered by OpenSEO" line appears at the bottom of the shared report page. There's no option to remove it yet.

Yes, for monitoring reports. Turn on weekly or monthly email delivery (in UTC) and the latest published report is sent automatically, until you turn it off.
